We’re super excited about the upcoming Downtown Norfolk’s Hot Cocoa Wars and the Grand Illumination Parade! It’s the perfect opportunity to indulge in some delicious hot cocoa while enjoying the festive atmosphere. Each 4oz tasting cup is $2 and is paid directly to the business you are trying.
Let’s plan to meet up on Saturday, November 23rd at 3pm at The Selden Market in Downtown Norfolk. We can sample all the hot cocoa options and find our favorite before heading over to watch the parade together. It’s going to be a blast!
