Diversity of Blackness was a part of The Connect 757’s Dynamic Dialogues series held at Montego Island Grill in Virginia Beach that allowed panelist from various backgrounds to discuss topics including Struggles & Stigmas, Background and Upbringing, and Leadership & Workplace. Each panelist was a different ethnicity so guest were able to learn the differences and similarities between various cultures within the black community.
